摘　　要：档案管理范式正在经历从传统管理到参与式管理的演进。文章采用文献研究法分析了当前社会力量参与档案管理的研究现状,进而探讨了加强多主体参与档案管理驱动因素研究的重要性,提出影响社会力量参与档案管理的驱动因素包括机制因素、意愿因素、需求因素、成本因素、评价因素等,而且这些因素对不同的社会力量具有不同的影响权重,为参与式档案管理理论研究和案例实践提供一定的参考。The paradigm of archives management is undergoing the evolution from traditional management to participatory management.This paper analyzes the current research status of social forces participating in archives management by using the literature research method,and then discusses the importance of strengthening the research on the driving factors of multi-agent participation in archives management,and puts forward that the driving factors affecting social forces participating in archives management include mechanism factor,willingness factor,demand factor,cost factor,evaluation factor and so on.These factors have different influence weights on different social forces.It provides some reference for the theoretical research and case practice of participatory archives management.
