综合档案馆参与社会公益服务的创新路径研究

摘　　要：档案馆作为公共文化服务机构自觉向社会提供公益服务,实现其“公益使命”,是新时期档案工作实现“为民服务”必须秉持的理念,而目前我国档案馆参与社会公益服务还处于初级阶段,在实践操作中还有不足。采用实证分析方法将档案馆社会公益服务的理论与实践相结合进行研究,明确档案馆参与社会公益服务可以从“互联网+文化科普+公益”“LAMs+社会组织+公众”“主动服务+打造IP+政府购买”等层面实现服务路径的转型,实现档案信息资源共享,维护社会公平正义。As a public cultural service institution,archives consciously provide public service to the society and realize its"public mission",which is the concept that archives work must adhere to in order to realize"serving the people"in the new era.At present,the participation of archives in social public service in China is still in its infancy,and there are still some shortcomings in practical operation.This paper uses empirical analysis method to study the theory and practice of archives'social public service,and makes it clear that archives'participation in social public service can realize the transformation of service path from the aspects of"Internet+cultural science popularization+public welfare","LAMs+social organization+public","active service+creating IP+government purchase",so as to realize the sharing of archives information resources and maintain social fairness and justice.
