摘　　要：陈范秉持“经世致用”的家学文化传统,以启迪民智为第一要义,接办《苏报》,倡言维新进步思想。在从清末仕人阶层向中国近代知识分子转型过程中,陈范充分体现出与社会思潮同频共振的时代担当。文章以《苏报》馆主陈范为研究中心,凭借《苏报》文本与陈范诗文,对《苏报》易主及陈范在戊戌维新思想进程中的参与进行考察,填补《苏报》议题研究的不足。Chen Fan adhered to the family cultural tradition of"applying to the world"and took the enlightenment of people's wisdom as the first principle.He took over Su Bao and advocated the idea of reform and progress.In the transition from the official class in the late Qing Dynasty to the modern Chinese intellectual,Chen Fan fully embodied the responsibility of the times which resonated with the social trend of thought.With Chen Fan,the owner of Su Bao as the research center,and based on the text of Su Bao and Chen Fan's poetry,the paper investigates the change of the owner of Su Bao and Chen Fan's participation in the Wu Xu Reform Movement,and fills up the deficiency of research on the issue of Su Bao.
