摘　　要：胸闷变异性哮喘(chest tightness variant asthma,CTVA)是以胸闷为唯一或主要症状的一种新的不典型哮喘,无喘息、气促等典型的哮喘表现,肺部听诊无哮鸣音。儿童CTVA以胸闷、长叹气为常见临床表现,部分临床医师认识不足,容易误诊、漏诊。为提高儿科医师对CTVA的诊断和治疗水平,中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组哮喘协作组、中华医学会呼吸病学分会哮喘学组和中国医药教育协会儿科专业委员会组织相关专家参照近年来国内外发表的哮喘诊治指南或共识,结合国内儿童CTVA的诊治经验及研究成果制定本共识,以期为广大儿科医师规范诊治CTVA提供帮助。Chest tightness variant asthma(CTVA)is a new atypical asthma with chest tightness as the sole or main symptom.It lacks typical asthma manifestations such as wheezing or shortness of breath,and no wheezing sounds can be detected during lung auscultation.The common clinical manifestations of CTVA in children include chest tightness and long sighs.Some clinicians are insufficiently aware of this,leading to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.To improve pediatricians′ability to diagnose and treat CTVA,Cooperative Group of Asthma,the Subspecialty Group of Respiratory,the Society of Pediatrics,Chinese Medical Association,The Subspecialty Group of Asthma,the Society of Respiratory,Chinese Medical Association and China Medicine Education Association Committee on Pediatrics have collaborated with relevant experts.Drawing from the asthma diagnosis and treatment guidelines or consensus published both domestically and internationally in recent years,as well as incorporating domestic experiences and research findings in diagnosing and treating CTVA in children,they have developed this consensus.The aim is to assist pediatricians in standardizing the diagnosis and treatment of CTVA.
