西藏三江流域地区农牧资源与农牧经济耦合利用研究

摘　　要：本文以西藏三江流域地区为研究样本,基于资源耦合理论,选取农牧业系统资源、经济、生态发展指标,构建西藏三江流域农牧资源与农牧经济耦合资源评价指标体系,采用熵值法及耦合协调度等定量分析方法,对西藏三江流域地区2012—2020年农牧业资源与农牧经济耦合资源协调度进行综合评价。结果表明:一是西藏三江流域农牧系统指数增幅较大,发展态势强劲;二是西藏三江流域农牧系统耦合协调度较低,系统耦合协调发展存在压力。据此提出西藏三江流域农牧耦合资源利用的对策建议:一是探索适应西藏地区现代农牧业循环发展模式;二是转变政府职能;三是加大优惠政策扶持力度。This paper takes the Sanjiang Basin area of Tibet as a research sample,based on the theory of resource coupling,selects the resource,economic and ecological development indicators of the agricultural and animal hus-bandry system,constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural and animal husbandry resources coupled with agricultural and animal husbandry economy in the Sanjiang Basin area of Tibet,adopts the entropy value method and the coupling degree of co-ordination,and other quantitative analysis methods,and conducts a study of the cou-pled resources of agricultural and animal husbandry resources coupled with agricultural and animal husbandry e-conomy of the Sanjiang Basin area of Tibet in the period of 2012-2020.resources and agriculture and animal hus-bandry economy coupling resources coordination degree for comprehensive evaluation.The results show that:firstly,the index of agricultural and animal husbandry system in Tibet Sanjiang Basin has increased greatly,and the devel-opment trend is strong;secondly,the coupling coordination degree of agricultural and animal husbandry system in Tibet Sanjiang Basin is low,and there is pressure on the development of system coupling coordination.Accordingly,the countermeasures for the use of coupled resources of agriculture and animal husbandry in the Three Rivers Basin of Tibet are proposed:firstly,to explore the modern agricultural and animal husbandry cycle development model adapted to the Tibetan region;secondly,to change the government function;thirdly,to increase the preferen-tial policies to support the efforts.
