摘　　要：针对叉车减速箱太阳轮轴在耐久测试过程中断裂失效问题,从太阳轮轴材料、设计安全系数、断面微观检查等方面进行详细分析,优化太阳轮轴退刀槽设计,提高太阳轮轴危险截面安全系数,同时对太阳轮轴进行静力学分析和对优化后的减速箱进行测试,验证优化后太阳轮轴满足设计要求。For the fracture failure of the sun gear shaft of forklift gearbox during the durability test,detailed analysis was carried out from the sun gear shaft material,design safety factor,micro-examination of cross section and so on,to optimize the design of the sun gear shaft relief groove and increase the safety factor of the dangerous section of the sun gear shaft.At the same time,the static simulation of the sun gear shaft and gearbox with optimized sun gear shaft test had been done,it is verified that the sun gear shaft meets the design requirements after optimization.
