摘 要:目的 对山东黄岛口岸捕获的东突厥蜚蠊Blatta lateralis(Walker,1868)进行鉴定和定殖风险分析,为山东口岸蜚蠊防控提供参考资料。方法 取蜚蠊的1条后足,提取基因组DNA,利用基于线粒体COI基因的DNA条形码技术进行分子鉴定,选取GenBank中与该蜚蠊样本序列相似度高的物种序列构建系统进化树。结果 经比对,该蜚蠊与GenBank中东突厥蜚蠊(登录号:KU684413.1)COI基因序列同源性为99.85%,判断为东突厥蜚蠊。查阅山东口岸病媒生物监测资料,东突厥蜚蠊系山东口岸首次捕获。结论 在山东口岸的首次发现东突厥蜚蠊,具有物种入侵的流行病学意义。Objective To provide reference for cockroaches prevention and control at Shandong port,the identification and colonization risk analysis of Blatta lateralis(Walker,1868)captured at Huangdao port were carried out.Methods The genome DNA was extracted from a hind leg of a cockroach,DNA barcoding based on mitochondrial COI gene was used for molecular identification.The phylogenetic tree was constructed based on COI gene of captured cockroach and highly similar sequences of species in GenBank.Results The sequence homology of COI genes of captured cockroach and Blatta lateralis(Accession number:KU684413.1)was 99.85%,which indicated that the captured cockroaches were Blatta lateralis.According to the vector surveillance data,it was the first record of Blatta lateralis at Shandong port.Conclusion The first discovery of Blatta lateralis at Shandong port had the epidemiological significance of species invasion.
