摘  要:目的 监测分析不同环境气溶胶中化学、生物粒子浓度及温湿度变化,探究其关联性。方法 采用气溶胶生化监测系统,分别在机器人大会和服贸会期间,现场实时监测两个会场的环境气溶胶变化,统计分析甲醛和挥发有机化合物(VOC)浓度、温湿度及1~5μm生物粒子浓度监测数据。结果 随着会场环境温度由23℃、24℃升高到29℃、30℃,湿度从62%、57%降至49%、51%,甲醛浓度分别由0.009 mg/m^(3)、0.011 mg/m^(3)升至0.025 mg/m^(3)、0.036 mg/m^(3),VOC浓度分别由0.18 mg/m^(3)、0.11 mg/m^(3)升至0.36 mg/m^(3)、0.46 mg/m^(3);两个会场中1~5μm生物粒子浓度均在50 ppl以下波动,甲醛和VOC激增期间分别达到最大值249 ppl、212 ppl。结论 甲醛和VOC浓度变化趋势一致,均与温度呈正相关,与湿度呈负相关;在环境异常时,甲醛、VOC浓度与生物粒子浓度总体保持同步变化。Objective To monitor and analyze the concentration of chemical,biological particles and changes of temperature and humidity in different environmental aerosols,to explore their correlation.Methods Through the aerosol biochemical monitoring system,real-time on-site monitoring of environment al aerosol changes in the two sessions during the Robot Conference and China International Fair for Trade in Services(CIFTIS)respectively.The monitoring data of formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds(VOC)concentration,temperature and humidity and1-5μm biological particles concentration were statistically analyzed.Results With the increase of ambient temperature of Robot Conference and CIFTIS from 23℃ and 24℃ to 29℃ and 30℃,the humidity decreased from 62%and 57%to 49%and 51%,the formaldehyde concentration increased from 0.009 mg/m^(3) and 0.011 mg/m^(3) to 0.025 mg/m^(3) and0.036 mg/m^(3),and VOC concentration increased from 0.18 mg/m^(3) and 0.11 mg/m^(3) to 0.36 mg/m^(3) and 0.46 mg/m^(3),respectively.The concentrations of 1-5μm biological particles fluctuated below 50 ppl in the two sites,the maximum values of formaldehyde and VOC were 249 ppl and 212 ppl,respectively.Conclusion The change trend of formaldehyde and VOC concentration was consistent,both positively correlated with temperature and negatively correlated with humidity.When the environment was abnormal,the concentration of formaldehyde and VOC and the concentration of biological particles changed synchronously.
