新冠肺炎疫情背景下广西法定报告传染病监测分析

摘　　要：目的 了解新冠肺炎疫情背景下广西法定报告传染病的变化特点。方法 运用描述性流行病学方法,分析2019—2021年广西法定报告传染病的概况及时间分布,用卡方检验分别比较发病数及死亡数的组间构成比差异,用Kruskal-Wallis H检验法比较发病数的组间差异。结果 2020年广西的法定报告传染病发病数比2019及2021年明显下降,降幅分别为40.39%及38.09%;2021年法定报告传染病发病数比2019年下降3.71%;各年发病高峰期为4-7月及12月。2019—2021年广西法定报告传染病中乙类传染病发病数前5位的是病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、艾滋病和淋病,丙类传染病发病数前4位的是手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病、流行性感冒及流行性腮腺炎。结论 2020年广西法定报告传染病发病数显著下降。建议加强环境治理、推广疫苗接种、健康宣传教育,降低传染病的传播风险及危害水平。Objective To figure out the changing characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Guangxi during COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the general situation and distribution of the notifiable infectious diseases in Guangxi from 2019 to 2021.The differences of the composition ratio of incidence and death between diferent groups were compared by chi-square test of row xlist,and the differences of incidence were compared by Kruskal-Wallis H test.Results The notifiable infectious diseases cases reported in 2020 decreased by 40.39%and 38.09%compared to 2019 and 2021,respectively.The notifiable infectious diseases cases reported in 2021 decreased by 3.71%,compared to 2019.The incidence peak was April,May,June,July and December.Viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,syphilis,AIDS and gonorrhea were the top 5 category B infectious diseases in 2019-2021.The top 4 category C infectious diseases were hand,foot and mouth disease,other infectious diarrhea diseases,influenza and mumps.Conclusion The case number of notifiable infectious diseases in Guangxi decreased significantly in 2020.Strengthening environmental management,vaccination promotion and health education are suggested to reduce the spread and harm of infectious diseases.
