摘　　要：本文报道一例肥厚型心肌病合并非永久性心房颤动(房颤)患者行房室结消融并永久左束支起搏的病例,以期为房室结消融及左束支起搏在肥厚型心肌病合并房颤患者中的应用,提供一定的经验及依据。In this paper,we report a case of atrioventricular node(AVN)ablation and permanent left bundle branch pacing(LBBP)in a patient with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)complicated with non-permanent atrial fibrillation(AF),in order to provide some experience for the application of AVN ablation and LBBP in patients with HCM and AF.
