摘　　要：心力衰竭(心衰)是多种心血管疾病的终末阶段,心肌重构是心衰发生的关键步骤。新近,肠道菌群及其代谢产物对心肌重构和心衰的作用及机制的相关研究已成为研究热点。本文将从心衰与心肌重构、肠道菌群及其代谢产物、肠道菌群及其代谢产物对心肌重构的影响及其机制及通过调节肠道菌群干预心肌重构等方面,介绍肠道菌群与心衰关系的研究进展。Heart failure(HF)is the end-stage of various cardiovascular diseases,and myocardial remodeling is the key step in the development of HF.Recently,the role and mechanism of intestinal flora and its metabolites on myocardial remodeling and HF have become a research hotpoint.In this paper,we will introduce the research progress in the relationship of intestinal flora and HF from the aspects as follows,HF and myocardial remodeling,intestinal flora and its metabolites,the influence of intestinal flora and its metabolites on myocardial remodeling and its mechanism,and the intervention of myocardial remodeling through the regulation of intestinal flora,etc.
