摘 要:水样中金属离子含量测定是高等医学院校基础化学实验课程中的重要内容,对大学生独立思考和解决问题能力的提高,以及对科研思维、实事求是的科学精神、节约用水和保护环境责任意识的培养具有重要作用。通过调研相关文献,结合笔者在基础化学实验教学过程中的心得体会,重点叙述了目视比色法、配位滴定法、分光光度法用于水样中金属离子测定的实验方案,分析并总结了这三种实验方案优缺点,以期为高等医学院校相关实验的开设及教学改革提供参考。As an important part in the course of Basic Chemistry Experiment in medical colleges and universities,the determination of metal ion content in water samples is of great significance in the improvement of college students'independent thinking and problem-solving ability,as well as the cultivation of scientific thinking,the spirit of seeking truth from facts,the consciousness of responsibility of water saving and environmental protection.Based on the research of relevant literature,combined with the author's experience in the process of basic chemical experiment teaching,this paper focuses on the review of visual colorimetry,spectrophotometry,coordination titration for the determination of metal ions in water samples of experimental schemes.The advantages and disadvantages of these three experimental schemes are analyzed and summarized in order to provide reference for the establishment of relevant experiments and teaching reform in medical colleges and universities.
