摘　　要：研究了钢化玻璃绝缘子玻璃件成型过程中常见的缺陷类型并分析产生原因,同时阐明了成型过程中需预防的措施,调整了成型工艺,从而确保产品质量的稳定性与一致性,提高产品合格率。The typical defects in the forming process of toughened glass insulator were studied and the causing reasons were analyzed.The forming process was adjusted and the preventive measures to be taken were clarified.Therefore the stability and consistency of product quality can be ensured and the qualified rate of product also can be improved.
