摘 要:为开发高效低阻空气过滤材料,采用静电纺丝法制备聚丙烯腈(PAN)/聚氨酯(PU)/熔喷聚丙烯(PP)复合滤材,并对复合滤材的形貌特征、空气过滤性能、表面水接触角等进行了表征与测试。结果表明:当溶质PAN/PU质量分数为10%、PAN与PU配比为7∶3、纺丝电压为25 kV、接收距离为18 cm时,复合滤材的过滤效率及阻力压降综合最优,其表面水接触角为85.5°。与常规单组分熔喷PP非织造布相比,复合滤材的优势显著,过滤效率基本不随使用时间而下降,一直维持在较高水平。In order to develop air filtration material with higher efficience and lower resistance,polyacrylonitrile(PAN)/polyurethane(PU)/melt-blown polypropylene(PP)composite filter was prepared by electrospinning.The morphology characteristics,air filtration performance,surface contact angle and so on of the composite filter material were studied.The result showed that the filtration efficiency and resistance pressure drop of the composite filtration material were the best when the mass fraction of the solute PAN/PU was 10%,the PAN∶PU ratio was 7∶3,electrospinning voltage was 25 kV and the receiving distance was 18 cm.The contact angle of the sample was 85.5°.Compared with common melt-blown polypropylene nonwoven with single component,the advantages of composite filtration material were obvious.The filtration efficiency was not decreased as the timing going and always kept at higher level.
