摘 要:为了探究液相预氧化对聚丙烯腈纤维性能的影响,采用液相预氧化法制备了预氧化聚丙烯腈纤维。通过扫描电镜、差示扫描量热分析、热重分析以及傅里叶红外光谱分析等方法对不同预氧化条件制得的预氧化聚丙烯腈纤维结构和性能进行表征与测试。研究结果表明:在氧化温度为220℃,氧化时间为90 min条件下制得的预氧化聚丙烯腈纤维环化程度最好,此时预氧化纤维的环化率为46.8%,残炭率为57.7%,强力保留率为76.1%,液相预氧化降低了环化反应初始温度,提高了预氧化纤维的热稳定性。认为:所制备的液相预氧化聚丙烯腈纤维具有较好的力学性能和耐热性能,满足生产需要。In order to explore influence of liquid-phase preoxidation on polyacrylonitrile fiber property,liquid-phase preoxidation method was adopted to prepare polyacrylonitrile preoxidized fiber.The structure and property of the liquid-phase preoxidation polyacrylonitrile fibers prepared at different preoxidation condition were characterized and tested by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric(TG)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and their mechanical property were studied.The results showed that the PAN preoxidized fibers had better cyclization degree when the oxidizing temperature was 220℃and oxidizing timing was 90 min.The cyclization rate of preoxidized fibers was 46.8%,the carbon residue rate was 57.7%and the strength retention rate was 76.1%.The initial temperature of the reaction was reduced by the liquid phase preoxidation.Thermal stability of preoxidized fibers was improved.It is considered that the preoxidized fiber has better mechanical property and heat resistance.It can met the requirement of production.
