摘  要:为进一步探究大空间工业厂房的均匀送风方法,以纺织车间实际送风管道结构为基础,运用数值模拟研究方法,对纺织车间管道送风过程进行研究,在确定不同叶片开度的单送风口阻力系数的基础上,以送风流速为评价标准,分析叶片开度对送风均匀性的影响。结果表明:送风口阻力系数与叶片开度密切相关,与雷诺数关系较小;主管压力呈线性变化,且每个风口之间的主管进出口静压差约为-2.5Pa;经过叶片开度的调节,管道送风均匀性误差可保持在20%以内。认为:通过改变不同送风口的叶片开度,可调节送风主管的压力分布,实现大空间工业厂房管道的均匀送风。In order to further explore the uniform air supply method of large space industrial workshop,based on the actual air supply duct structure of textile workshop,numerical simulation research methods were used to study the air supply process in a large space textile workshop.On the basis of determining the resistance coefficient of a single air supply outlet with different blade openings,the air supply flow speed was used as the evaluation standard,the influence of blade opening on the uniformity of air supply was analyzed.The results showed that the resistance coefficient of air supply outlet was closely related to the blade opening,and was less related to Reynolds number.The pressure of the main pipe varied linearly,and the static pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main pipe between each air outlet was about-2.5 Pa.After adjusting the blade opening,the uniformity of pipeline air supply could be maintained within 20%.It is considered that the pressure distribution of the air supply main pipe can be adjusted by changing the blade opening of different air supply outlets to achieve uniform air supply in the large space textile workshop pipeline.
