摘 要:为了分析不同纺纱形式的经纱上浆工艺的影响因素,通过对比新型纺纱线与传统环锭纺纱线结构的不同,分析不同纺纱形式的经纱对上浆工艺的要求,并以具体品种为例对比了转杯纱、赛络集聚纱、涡流纱、集聚纱与环锭纱的浆纱工艺。结果表明:新型纺纱与传统环锭纱相比,更有利于实现无PVA环保上浆,采用低含固、低黏度、低上浆的浆纱工艺可以更好地发挥新型纱线的优势,有效降低上浆成本,提高织机效率。In order to analyze factors of warp sizing process with different spinning forms,the structure of the new spinning yarn was compared with the traditional ring spinning yarn,requirements of warp sizing process with different spinning forms were analyzed.Sizing processes of rotor spinning yarn,siro condensed yarn,vortex yarn,condensed yarn and ring spinning yarn were compared with specific varieties.The results showed that compared with the traditional ring spinning yarn,new spinning yarn was more conducive to realizing environmental sizing without PVA,adopting sizing process with lower solid content,lower twist and lower sizing percentage could better play the advantages of new spinning yarn,sizing cost could be effectively reduced and loom efficiency could be improved.
