摘  要:针对风电场采用电池储能平抑功率波动可能存在的振荡风险问题,在建立风电场和电池储能装置dq导纳模型的基础上,分析了相关控制策略对导纳阻尼特性的影响,指出电压源型换流器(voltage source converter,VSC)采用定直流电压控制模式的稳定性强于恒流控制模式的稳定性,为简化模型提供了基础保障。其次,基于恒流控制模式,指出了风电场和电池储能装置不存在独立于交流系统的谐振振荡问题,进而统一了风电场和电池储能导纳模型,并解析了导纳简化模型的表达式。再次,基于所给定的导纳实部过零点解析计算表达式,以特征根幅值小于1为准则,推导了阻尼控制器参数选择范围的解析表达式。最后,采用电磁暂态仿真模型,从谐振频率、振荡抑制2个方面验证所提理论模型和解析计算表达式的正确性。In view of the possible resonant risks of the battery energy storage in suppressing the power fluctuations of the wind power plant,the influence of the relevant control strategies on the admittance damping characteristics is presented based on the dq-admittance models of the two systems.It is pointed out that the stability of the constant DC voltage control mode of the VSC is superior to that of the constant current control mode,which provides a basic feasibility for the simplification of the VSC model.Secondly,there is no resonant issues independent of the AC system in between the wind power plant and the battery energy storage according to the constant current control mode.Therefore,the admittance models of the wind power plant and the battery energy storage are unified and simplified using the analytical expression.Thirdly,by analytically calculating the zero crossing frequency of the real part,the parameters’selection ranges of the damping controllers are derived under the criterion that the characteristic root amplitude is less than one at the zero crossing frequency.Finally,the electromagnetic transient simulation model is used to verify the correctness of the theoretical model and the analytical calculation expression from the aspects of resonant frequency and resonance suppression.
