摘　　要：通过研究涂料碱性与微观结构对外墙无机涂料保色性能的影响规律作了系统评价。采用SEM、水接触角和分光色差仪对外墙无机涂料的保色性能进行研究。结果表明:涂料pH值对外墙无机涂料的长期耐候性影响不大,热贮存30 d,热贮前后涂料色差变化<1,肉眼几乎无色差;两款不同pH值外墙无机涂料调色样板在户外曝晒100d后色差变化趋势一致,没有随着pH值的变化造成色差变化的影响;无机涂料多孔的特点对色差影响最大,乳液含量的增加,可以提升无机涂层对色浆的包裹性能;无机色浆粒径大,在多孔的无机涂料中更稳定,不易褪色。The effects of coatings basicity and microstructure on the color retention of inorganic exterior wall coatings were systematically evaluated.The color retention of inorganic exterior wall coatings was studied by means of SEM,water contact angle and spectrometer.The results show that the pH value of the coatings has little effect on the long-term weather resistance of inorganic exterior wall coatings.After 30 days of hot storage,the coatings’color difference change is less than 1 with almost no color difference visible to the naked eye.Inorganic exterior wall coatings’color samples with two different pH values have the same color difference change trend after 100 days of outdoor exposure,and there is no color difference change caused by pH value change.The inorganic coatings’characteristic of porosity has the greatest influence on color difference,and the emulsion content increase can improve the inorganic coatings’color paste encapsulation performance.Inorganic color paste has a large particle size,is stabler in the porous inorganic coatings,and does not discolor easily.
