摘 要:商用车属于我国主要的公路运输设备,车架是进行车身、货箱等一切簧上质量承载的核心部件,对复杂静动态载荷给予承受。新能源是现今乃至以后商用车的发展趋势。但现今我国新能源商用车车架主要基于传统车架改进,有着冷却水管布置空间狭小、整车中心分布和碰撞安全性不足等问题,加强新能源商用车车架设计探索是当务之急。该文结合实际,将相关设计要点做出简要归纳。Commercial vehicles are the main road transportation equipment in China,and the frame is the core component that carries all the mass on the body,cargo box,and other springs,providing support for complex static and dynamic loads.New energy is the research and development trend of commercial vehicles today and even in the future.However,nowadays,the frame of new energy commercial vehicles in China is mainly improved under traditional frame conditions,with problems such as narrow layout space of cooling water pipes,insufficient distribution of vehicle centers,and collision safety.Strengthening the exploration of new energy commercial vehicle frame design is an urgent task.This article briefly summarizes the relevant design points based on actual situations.
