摘  要:针对现有罐车罐体清洗机作业环境差、罐体适应性差、安全性弱等问题,该文基于蠕虫生理结构与运动特性设计了一款自适应蠕动式罐体清洗机,该款罐体清洗机主要由前端、柔性主体、后端这3个模块构成。采用三维软件creo对清洗机进行建模,并实用有限软件Ansys对罐体清机的关键零部件进行优化分析,设计了清洗机的液压系统原理图,通过液力驱动这3个模块的水囊冲水膨胀与排水收缩的配合控制,可在罐体内前进、后退、悬停等工作工况的快速切换;控制进入前后端水囊的膨胀量可调节清洗机与罐壁贴合力的大小,避免清洗机在罐体内发生打滑现象。仿蠕虫式清洗机可实现在不同直径的罐腔内工作,清洗机的适应性和智能性高,清洗功耗小。In response to the problems of poor working environment,poor adaptability,and weak safety of existing tank car tank cleaning machines,this article designs an adaptive peristaltic tank cleaning machine based on the physiological structure and motion characteristics of worms.The tank cleaning machine is mainly composed of three modules:the front end,flexible main body,and the back end.The cleaning machine was modeled using 3D software Creo,and the key components of the tank cleaning machine were optimized and analyzed using finite software Ansys.The hydraulic system schematic diagram of the cleaning machine was designed.Through the coordinated control of water bag flushing expansion and drainage contraction of the three modules driven by hydraulic force,the working conditions such as forward,backward,and hovering inside the tank can be quickly switched;By controlling the expansion of the water bag entering the front and rear ends,the adhesion force between the cleaning machine and the tank wall can be adjusted to avoid slipping of the cleaning machine inside the tank.The worm like cleaning machine can work in different diameter tank cavities,with high adaptability and intelligence,and low cleaning power consumption.
