摘　　要：该文主要讲述轮毂轴承接触体积分析及其对轴承寿命的影响研究,以圆锥轴承为主要研究对象,采用接触体积分析方法来探讨轮毂轴承接触情况对其寿命的影响。研究结果显示,接触面积、接触压力和润滑状态是重要指标。合理选择载荷、材料和润滑剂可有效延长寿命。对轮毂轴承设计和使用提出有效建议,为提高性能和寿命提供参考。This article mainly discusses the analysis of contact volume of wheel hub bearings and its impact on bearing life.The main research object is conical bearings,and the contact volume analysis method is used to explore the impact of wheel hub bearing contact conditions on its life.The research results show that contact area,contact pressure,and lubrication state are important indicators.Reasonable selection of loads,materials,and lubricants can extend service life.Provide suggestions for the design and use of wheel hub bearings to improve performance and lifespan.
