摘　　要：自修复轮胎是在轮胎内表面涂覆一层自修复密封胶内衬的轮胎,当受到尖锐物体刺穿胎面时轮胎内测密封胶可以在短时间内封堵漏气区域,使轮胎可以继续保持胎压行驶。不同轮胎厂商的密封胶配方和涂覆厚度各不相同,自修复效率也不尽相同。介绍自修复效率的定义、计算及实验方法,并对国际主流轮胎厂商的自修复轮胎进行自修复效率试验,对试验结果进行分析并得出影响轮胎自修复效率的主要因素。Sealant tire is a tire that coating a layer of seal glue on the inner side of tire tread,the inner glue can seal the puncture in short time when tire was penetrate by sharp object,make the tire possible keep a certain pressure and drive a distance.Different tire brand have different seal glue formula and coating thickness,the sealing efficiency also different.Introduce the definition,calculation and test method of sealing efficiency and test international mainstream tire brand product sealing efficiency,analysis the result and find the key factor which affect sealing efficiency result.
