摘 要:高层建筑紧急疏散的根本目的是以最短时间将所有人员疏散到安全区域,以最大化地降低突发事件的损失,汽车厂火灾疏散等待事件是衡量紧急疏散效率及安全性的重要指标。该文在分析汽车厂内高层建筑电梯辅助步行楼梯疏散的基础上,依据最大流原理提出了优先疏散高潜在风险疏散策略,并对其进行算法分析,结果显示:使用此策略能够缩短疏散时间,且待疏散人员越少此策略的效果就越显著。The basic aim of high-rise building emergency evacuation is to evacuate all personnel to the safe area in the shortest time,so as to minimize the loss of the emergency,the waiting event of fire evacuation in automobile factory is an important index to measure the efficiency and safety of emergency evacuation.In this paper,based on the analysis of the evacuation of the elevator-assisted walking stairs of the high-rise buildings in the automobile factory,the priority evacuation strategy with high potential risk is put forward according to the maximum flow principle,and the algorithm is analyzed,using this strategy can shorten the evacuation time,and the effect of this strategy is more significant with fewer people to be evacuated.
