摘  要:该文介绍了一种能够在轻型商用卡车上使用的纯电动循环球转向系统。该转向系统能够根据车辆的不同行驶速度为司机提供不同大小的辅助转向力矩,从而能够实现在低速时司机转向舒适轻盈,在高速时司机转向安全沉稳,最终达到舒适的转向效果。但该转向系统在实际应用于一种非独立悬挂类的轻型商用卡车上时,会存在司机脱手方向盘后或者不施加手力于方向盘上,车辆会出现向一个方向跑偏的技术弊端。这对于继续研究能够在非独立悬挂类轻卡车上使用的电动助力转向系统具有重要的借鉴意义。This article introduces a pure electric circulating ball steering system that can be used on light commercial trucks.The steering system can provide drivers with different sizes of auxiliary steering torque based on the different driving speeds of the vehicle,thereby achieving comfortable and lightweight steering at low speeds,safe and stable steering at high speeds,and ultimately achieving comfortable steering effects.However,when the steering system is actually applied to a non independent suspension type of light commercial truck,there may be a technical drawback of the vehicle deviating in one direction after the driver releases the steering wheel or does not apply hand force to the steering wheel.This has important reference significance for further research on electric power steering systems that can be used on non independent suspension light trucks.
