摘 要:某燃料电池汽车空调开启的工况下,车内噪声及方向盘振动较大,主观评价某些转速下车内声音有明显压耳感,不可接受。文章运用振动系统隔振理论对该问题进行分析和研究,通过空调开启工况下整车隔振性能测试分析,提出空调压缩机支架使用二级橡胶隔振系统的方式,优化压缩机支架隔振性能进而解决车内振动噪声大的问题。对空调压缩机本体来说,不用跳跃共振转速段,发挥空调压缩机最佳制冷性能,具有较高的工程指导意义。When the air conditioning of a fuel cell vehicle is turned on,the noise inside the vehicle and the vibration of the steering wheel are relatively large.Subjectively,the sound inside the vehicle at certain speeds has obvious ear pressure,which is unacceptable.This paper analyzes and studies the problem by using the vibration isolation theory of vibration system.Through the test and analysis of the vibration isolation performance of the whole vehicle under the condition that the air conditioner is turned on,it puts forward the way of using the two-stage rubber vibration isolation system for the air conditioner compressor bracket,optimizes the vibration isolation performance of the compressor bracket,and solves the problem of large vibration noise in the vehicle.For the air conditioning compressor body,it is of high engineering significance to give full play to the best refrigeration performance of the air conditioning compressor without jumping the resonance speed range.
