摘 要:文章为解决新车型开发过程中后向安装儿童座椅靠背角度最优设置问题,通过分析某车型实车碰撞试验数据,基于LS-DYNA碰撞仿真分析软件对实车进行对标后,优化分析某两款儿童座椅靠背角度对Q3儿童假人的伤害影响,来阐述不同儿童座椅倾斜角度对儿童乘员的保护情况,为新车型儿童约束系统开发提供参考依据。结果表明:正面100%重叠刚性壁障碰撞试验(FRB)碰撞工况中,儿童座椅靠背倾斜角度,随着倾斜程度的减小,假人伤害总体呈现出逐渐减小的趋势。该研究为整车碰撞动态儿童保护评价,选定儿童座椅安装倾斜角度提供借鉴。In this paper,in order to solve the problem of optimal setting of the backrest angle of a rear-mounted child seat during the development of a new model,the injury situation of Q3 child dummy is optimized and analyzed by analyzing the crash test data of a real car based on LS-DYNA crash simulation analysis software after the vehicle benchmarking,this paper expounds the performance defects of different tilt angles of child seats in vehicle collisions,so as to provide a reference for the development of child restraint system of new cars.The results show that:In the frontal impact test against rigid barrier with 100%overlapping(FRB)collision condition,as the angle of the child seat decreases,the injury of dummy show a gradually decreasing trend.The research provides reference for the dynamic child occupant protection evaluation of vehicle collision and the selection of child seats mounting tilt angle.
