摘 要:很多碳钢在静态大气下的暴露试验或者碳钢零部件在室内静态下的加速腐蚀试验研究不能反映出碳钢在动态中的腐蚀状况,且国内在碳钢动态探究方面关注得相对较少。文章研究了热轧钢板(SPHC)钢在汽车强化腐蚀试验工况下的腐蚀行为,并采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪等检测手段分析了SPHC钢腐蚀面的微观形貌、成分和物相。结果表明,SPHC钢在汽车动态下的腐蚀速率高于静态,但在两种工况下的腐蚀速率变化趋势基本一致。当试验3至7天时,腐蚀速率先急剧增大,表面生成Fe2O3,此时为加速初期腐蚀;当试验到11天时,腐蚀速率开始下降到低点,腐蚀面生成Fe2O3和具有保护性的α-FeOOH,此时锈层较为致密,增强了SPHC钢的耐蚀性;当试验到14天时,腐蚀速率又开始呈现上升的趋势,SPHC钢表面生成Fe2O3、微量的α-FeOOH和Fe3O4等腐蚀产物,此时锈层剥落,腐蚀更为严重。Many carbon steel exposure tests under static atmosphere or accelerated corrosion tests of carbon steel parts under static conditions in the room can not reflect the dynamic corrosion of carbon steel,and relatively little attention has been paid to the dynamic investigation of carbon steel in China.In this paper,the corrosion behavior of steel plate heat commercial(SPHC)stel under the condition of automobile enhanced corrosion test is studied,and the morphology,composition and phase of the etched surface of SPHC steel are analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum and X-ray diffractometer.The results show that the corrosion rate of SPHC steel under dynamic conditions is higher than that under static conditions,but the change trend of corosion rate is basically the same under the two conditions.When the test is 3 to 7 days,the corrosion rate first increased sharply,Fe2O is formed on the surface,and the initial corrosion is accelerated;At the 1lth day of the test,the corrosion rate begins to drop to a low point,and Fe2O3 andα-FeOOH are formed on the corosives.At this time,the rust layer is relatively dense,which enhances the corrosion resistance of SPHC steel;When the test reached the 14th day,the corrosion rate began to rise again.Fe2O3,trace alpha-Feooh and Fe2O3 corrosion products are generated on the surface of SPHC steel.At this time,the rust layer is peeling off and the corrosion is more serious.
