摘　　要：为了保证样试柴油机装配过程中的清洁度控制水平,提高柴油机的装配质量,论文分析了样试柴油机的零部件特点,总结了样试零部件清洁度控制措施,通过制订清洁度查核规范、清洗工艺方案、清洁度检查措施以及记录过程,可有效保证装配过程的清洁度控制水平,减少因清洁度问题导致的装配质量问题,保证新产品的开发周期。In order to ensure the cleanliness control level during the assembly process of prototype diesel,and improve the assembly quality of the diesel,this paper analyzes the components characteristics of the prototype diesel,and summarize the cleanliness control measures,such as formulating cleanliness inspection specification,cleaning process,cleanliness inspection measures and the process records.All these measures can effectively guarantee the good cleanliness control level and reduce the assembly quality problems caused by the cleanliness problems,and ensure the development cycle of the new products.
