摘 要:华亭煤矿回采的一分层250107-1工作面及掘进的二分层250101-2工作面煤层厚且厚度变化大,向斜、背斜相互交替起伏,冲击地压影响严重。通过自然因素和开采因素进行应力集中区域排查,查找出由褶曲构造、局部煤层分岔、开切眼及停采线外错、上覆遗留煤柱等因素造成的多个应力集中区域,并制定出科学、合理且针对性较强的各个应力集中区域的卸压解危方法,如工作面顶板高低孔组合爆破、巷帮煤体超深孔爆破,有效降低应力集中程度,防止冲击地压灾害发生,确保人员安全及矿井高效生产。According to the complicated geological structure and rock burst mechanism of the first layer 250107-1 working face and the driving second layer 250101-2 working face in Huating Coal Mine,the stress concentration areas were investigated by both natural and mining factors to find out multiple stress concentration areas caused by fold structure,local coal seam bifurcation,open-off cut,external dislocation of stoping line,overlying residual coal pillars and other factors,and put forward the scientific and reasonable method of pressure relief in every stress concentration area,such as high-low hole combination blasting in the roof of the working face,and ultra deep hole blasting of the roadway side coal body,which can effectively reduce the degree of stress concentration,prevent the occurrence of rock burst disasters,and ensure the safety of workers and the efficient production of mine.
