摘  要:煤泥水沉降处理及煤泥有效脱水回收是选煤厂正常生产的重要环节,对煤泥水沉降影响因素及近年沉降研究进展进行了总结分析,并对压滤脱水设备及助滤药剂进行了简要说明,指出压滤脱水目前仍是细煤泥脱水的主要手段。随着机械化采煤技术的发展以及对产品质量要求的提高,目前普通压滤设备对细煤泥脱水的劣势逐渐凸显,超高压压滤机是近2年发展用于细煤泥脱水的新型装备,对其应用现状进行了分析。目前工业应用表明,细煤泥降水效果明显,煤泥发热量得到有效提高,可有效解决煤泥处置难题,脱水煤泥滤饼破碎后可掺入末煤销售或单独销售,经济效益显著,推广应用价值较高。The settling treatment of coal slime water and the effective dehydration and recovery of coal slime are important links in the normal production of the coal preparation plant.The influential factors on coal slime water settling and the research progress in recent years are summarized and analyzed,and the filter press dehydration equipment and filter aid are briefly described.It is pointed out that the filter press dehydration is still the main means of fine coal slime dehydration.With the development of mechanized coal mining technology and the improvement of product quality requirements,the disadvantages of ordinary filter press on fine coal slime dewatering are gradually highlighted.The ultra-high pressure filter press is a new equipment developed in recent two years for fine coal slime dewatering,and its application status is analyzed.The current industrial application shows that the effect of fine slime dewatering is obvious,and the calorific value of coal slime is effectively improved,which can effectively solve the problem of slime disposal.The dehydrated coal slime filter cake can be mixed with slack coal for sale or sold separately after being broken,with remarkable economic benefits and high promotion and application value.
