摘  要:为了确定囊袋式新型两堵一注一体化封孔器对瓦斯抽采钻孔的封孔效果,以黄陵二号煤矿为工程背景,215工作面胶带巷本煤层抽采钻孔为试验对象,开展封孔现场试验及封孔效果考察。结果表明,钻孔孔口抽采负压对钻孔单孔浓度影响较大,但随着孔口负压增大,钻孔抽采浓度降低比较明显,选择最优的抽采负压为13 kPa,可实现瓦斯抽采最大化。经过封孔技术指导,掘进准备队自行封孔,单孔浓度均有较大提升,之前钻孔封孔反馈的瓦斯浓度在20%~30%,分析瓦斯浓度低的原因都归结于钻孔封孔质量不达标,新型囊袋封孔器不仅简化了封孔工艺,同时钻孔平均瓦斯浓度达到65%,钻孔抽采效果大幅度提高。In order to determine the sealing effect of a new type of two-plugging and one-injection integrated hole sealing device of the bag-belt type on the gas extraction drilling hole,taking Huangling No.2 Coal Mine as an engineering background,on-site testing of hole sealing and inspection of sealing effect on the coal seam extraction drilling hole in the 215 working face belt roadway are carried out.The results show that the negative pressure of drilling orifice extraction has a great influence on the concentration of a single hole of the drilled hole.However,with the increase of the negative pressure at the orifice,the concentration of the borehole extraction decreases obviously.The optimal extraction negative pressure is 13 kPa,which can maximize the gas extraction.Therefore,after the technical optimization of hole sealing,the single hole concentration has been greatly improved after the tunneling preparation team sealed the hole by itself.In the past,the gas concentration of drilling and sealing feedback was 20%~30%.The reason for the low gas concentration is that the quality of drilling and sealing is not up to standard.The new type of bag sealing device not only simplifies the sealing process,but also makes the average gas concentration of the holes at 65%,which greatly improves the extraction effect.
