摘 要:卸压槽法修复破损井壁对保障煤矿的安全、持续生产具有重要意义。以临涣煤矿东风井修复实例,根据实际地层参数计算分析井筒与地层相互作用,获得等效含水层收缩量,在此基础上,利用FLAC^(3D)有限差分软件建立模型,分析不设卸压槽疏水及在-237 m设卸压槽疏水的2种工况条件下的井壁受力及位移情况。结果表明,在-227 m处设置卸压槽后,竖向应力变为渐进连续分布,井筒整体承载能力提升;卸压槽对疏水沉降层中的井壁有显著的卸荷作用,改善三隔下部井壁应力的集中现象;卸压槽的存在使得井筒自身可发生垂直收缩,其与岩土层共同作用的整体沉降量增加。It is of great significance to study the function of the pressure relief groove method to repair the damaged shaft wall in order to ensure the safety and continuous production of coal mines.Based on the repair example of Dongfeng shaft in Linhuan Coal Mine,the interaction between wellbore and formation is calculated and analyzed according to the actual formation parameters,and the equivalent aquifer shrinkage is obtained.The stress and displacement of the shaft wall is analyzed under the two working conditions of without pressure relief groove drainage and with pressure relief groove drainage at-237 m.The results show:after the pressure relief groove is installed at-227 m,the vertical stress becomes a gradual and continuous distribution,and the overall bearing capacity of the wellbore is improved;the pressure relief groove can significantly relieve the wellbore load in the hydrophobic settlement layer;the existence of pressure relief groove makes the vertical shrinkage of the wellbore itself,which increases the overall settlement amount acting together with the rock and soil layers.
