摘  要:彬长矿区煤田主采的4号煤层及其顶底板岩层具有弱或强冲击倾向性,冲击地压灾害已成为制约矿井掘进工作面实现安全快速高效施工的主要因素。为提高顶板稳定性,创造安全的掘进条件,在掘进过松散破碎围岩构造带时,通过在松散破碎围岩构造带中超前预注浆加固围岩,使顶板在原来破碎的情况下通过注浆技术与硬岩重新组合为一整体围岩层,提高了围岩自身的承载力。该技术应用后,掘进过程中有效避免了冲击煤层顶板漏顶事故,巷道围岩整体稳定性变好,消除了破碎带因冲击地压而可能造成的冒顶安全隐患,对类似条件下的巷道掘进有一定借鉴意义。The 4#coal seams and their roof and floor strata in Binchang coal field have weak or strong impact tendency.The rock burst disaster has become a main factor that restricts the safe,fast and efficient construction of the driving face.Roof fall problems are especially severe when advancing through the fractured surrounding rocks caused by the geological structures.To solve this problem,advanced face grouting technology was adopted to realize that the loose and fractured roof was rebounded into strong massive surrounding rock.The roof strength and stability were thereby improved and the high-speed advancing of the roadway was significantly secured to realize the safe and smooth driving roadway through the fractured structure of the surrounding rock.The present study and practice provide an effective solution for roadway tunneling with similar conditions.
