摘　　要：以姜黄素、曲拉通X-100、多元醇、聚氨酯为主要成分制备墨水,并采用喷墨与焙烘工艺制备印花全棉无纺布,探讨了各主要成分对墨水黏度、表面张力、粒径等理化性质的影响,优化了墨水配方。研究表明:曲拉通X-100可将姜黄素稳定分散于水溶液中,并使溶液表面张力达到喷墨要求;丙三醇有利于提高墨水保湿性;聚氨酯能显著改善印花织物色牢度。优化的墨水处方为:5 mmol/L姜黄素,曲拉通X-10012.5%,乙醇8%,乙二醇6%,丙三醇6%,聚氨酯15%,抗菌剂0.1%。制备的墨水能稳定存储60 d;印花无纺布呈亮黄色,花型清晰,手感柔软,各项色牢度均达到4级及以上。Printing ink is prepared with the main compositions including curcumin pigment,Triton X-100,poly⁃urethane,and the printed cotton non-woven fabric is obtained by ink-jet and baking.The ink formula is opti⁃mized by discussing the effects of the main components on the viscosity,surface tension,particle size and oth⁃er physicochemical properties.The results show that Triton X-100 can disperse curcumin stably in aqueous so⁃lution and make the surface tension of solution meet the requirement of inkjet.Glycerol can improve the mois⁃ture retention of ink.Polyurethane can significantly improve the color fastness of printed fabrics.The optimized formula is defined as follows:curcumin 5 mmol/L,Triton X-10012.5%,ethanol 8%,ethylene glycol 6%,glycerol 6%,waterborne polyurethane 15%,antibacterial agent 0.1%.The ink can be stored stably for 60 d.The printed cotton non-woven fabric features bright yellow,clear outline sharpness and soft feeling.Besides,the color fastness of printed fabric can reach Grade 4 or above.
