摘 要:针对常规活性染料印花工艺固色率普遍较低的问题,在预轧碱印花工艺的基础上,探索混合施碱法印花工艺,将织物预轧碱和色浆微量施碱相结合,以满足不同染料浓度色浆对碱度的差异化需求。结果表明,对棉织物先采用25 g/L磷酸钠十二水合物进行预轧碱,再辅以色浆梯度式微量施碱,所选的四只活性染料印花固色率均在90%以上,工艺对各类增稠剂具有较好的适应性。In view of poor fixing rate of conventional reactive dye printing process,the mixed alkali application printing process is explored on the basis of alkali-pretreated method,which combines the alkali-prepadding on fabric and the trace addition of alkali in printing paste to meet the different requirements of different dye concentrations on the alkalinity of printing pastes.The results show that the cotton fabric is padded with 25 g/L sodium phosphate dodecahydrate,and then supplemented with gradient trace-adding scheme of alkali in print⁃ing paste,the printing rate of the four selected reactive dyes is more than 90%,and the process has good adaptability to all kinds of thickener.
