摘  要:为有效地解决抗菌纺织品的耐久性问题,受贻贝仿生的启发,研究引入金属酚网络单宁酸-铜离子,采用紫外辅助沉积法制备了高效耐久抗菌棉织物,并对其性能进行分析。结果表明:铜离子在织物表面主要以Cu(Ⅱ)的形式存在,整理后的棉织物具有优异的抗菌性及耐久性,在经过30次水洗后,对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率均达到99.9%以上,同时织物的断裂强力有所提高,服用性能无明显影响。In order to solve the durability problem of antibacterial textiles,inspired by the biomimetic behavior of mussels,an efficient and durable antibacterial cotton fabric is prepared by depositing tannic acid-copper ions onto the surface of cotton fabric using UV assisted deposition method,and its performance is analyzed.The re⁃sults show that copper ions mainly exist on the surface of the fabric in the form of Cu(II).The finished cotton fabric has excellent antibacterial property and durability,the antibacterial rates against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus both reach over 99.9%after 30 times of washing,and the breaking strength of the fabric is improved with no negative impact on its wearing performance.
