摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)和双端羟乙基封端有机硅为主要原料,制备有机硅改性水性聚氨酯整理剂,并将其用于涤棉织物的整理,通过红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、场发射扫描电子显微镜、接触角等表征织物性能的变化。结果表明:制备的拒水整理剂可在织物表面成膜,有机硅链段与其他链段间相容性良好;整理织物经冷热与多次摩擦处理后,仍可表现出优异的拒水性能。Organosilicone modified waterborne polyurethane is prepared by using isophorone diisocyanate(IP⁃DI),polypropylene glycol oxide(PPG),N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)and double-ended hydroxyethyl termi⁃nated silicone as main raw materials,and it is used for the finishing of polyester/cotton fabric.The finished fab⁃rics are characterized and tested by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),field emission scanning electron microscope,contact angle.The results show that the water repellent can form film on the surface of the fabric,and the silicone chain segment has good compatibility with other chain segments.The finished fabric can still show excellent water repellent properties after being treated with heat and cold and repeated friction.
