摘  要:以菜籽油加工过程中的下脚料芥酸(二十二碳-13-烯酸)为原料,制备了一种超长碳链的脂肪酸离子液体表面活性剂[苄基三甲基铵][芥酰胺苯甲酸](ErBBTA)。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪与核磁波谱确认了其分子结构。研究结果表明,超长碳链和苯环结构的引入可赋予ErBBTA极强的自组装能力,临界胶束浓度仅为0.0035 mmol/L,胶束化自由能达到-67.90 kJ/mol。当浓度达到临界交叠浓度(1.19 mmol/L)时,ErBBTA可以在水溶液中自组装形成蠕虫状胶束,赋予体系显著的黏弹性,能作为流变调节剂应用于日用化学品、石油开采等领域。A new ultra-long-chain fatty acid-derived ionic liquid surfactant,benzyltrimethylammonium cis-4-erucylamidobenzoate(ErBBTA)is synthesized using erucic acid,the waste of rapeseed oil processing,as raw material.Molecular structure is characterized using FT-IR,1 H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy.The results demonstrate that the introduction of ultra-long-chain and benzene ring enable ErBBTA with strong self-as⁃sembly ability.Its critical micelle concentration is as small as 0.0035 mmol/L,and the standard free energy of micellization is as large as-67.90 kJ/mol.Moreover,ErBBTA can self-assembly into threadlike micelles above 1.19 mmol/L,and therefore enable significant viscoelasticity to the solution,making it potential as rheological regulator used in daily use chemicals,oil exploitation and other fields.
