摘  要:建立了超声萃取气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)法测定纺织品中对叔丁基苯酚的方法。样品经超声萃取后,采用气相色谱-质谱仪进行测试分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。优化超声萃取条件为:选择甲醇为萃取试剂,萃取时间为30 min,萃取试剂体积为20 mL。对叔丁基苯酚的方法检出限(LOD)为0.05 mg/kg,方法定量限(LOQ)为0.2 mg/kg;在0.1~5.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内方法的线性相关系数R2为0.9998,加标回收率为88.4%~106.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.37%~7.32%(n=6)。该方法操作简便,准确度高,回收率及精密度好,适用于纺织品中对叔丁基苯酚的测定。A method for the determination of p-tert-butylphenol(PTBP)in textiles by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS)with ultrasonic extraction is developed.After ultrasonic extraction,the sample is tested by GC/MS to determine the retention time for qualitative analysis and external standard method for quantitative analysis.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic extraction conditions are as follows:methanol is used as the extraction reagent,the extraction time is 30 min,and the volume of the extraction reagent is 20 mL.The limit of detection(LOD)for PTBP is 0.05 mg/kg,and the limit of quantification(LOQ)is 0.2 mg/kg.The linear correlation coefficient R 2 of the method within the mass concentration range of 0.1-5.0 mg/L is 0.9998,the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 88.4%-106.3%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 2.37%-7.32%(n=6).The method features simple operation,high accuracy,good recovery rate and precision,and is suitable for the determination of p-tert butylphenol in textiles.
