基于优化考务管理的研究生招生考试自命题变革

摘　　要：基于全国硕士研究生统一招生考试初试(简称“研究生考试”)报考人数增长较快,而院校招生人数增加较少,考生录取竞争日益激烈的现状,通过对研究生考试中自命题工作的科目设置、试卷试题安全、考务组织管理等现状的研究,分析其中存在的问题,为进一步优化考务组织管理,提出了修订优化招生专业目录、扩大全国统一命题科目数量、推进多校联合命题机制、转变招生考试和录取模式等建议,以期对深化研究生考试自命题工作起一定的指导作用,有助于提高研究生考试考务管理质量。Due to that the number of applicants for the unified national graduate entrance examination(namely"graduate entrance examination")is growing rapidly,while the admission number of colleges and universities is increasing less,and the competition for candidates is becoming increasingly fierce,the paper focuses on the current research and problem analysis of the examination organization and management,the security of examination papers and the setting of subjects in the institution-based tests of graduate entrance examination in order to further optimize the organization and management of examination,some innovative suggestions are put forward,such as revising and optimizing the catalogue of admission majors,expanding the number of unified examination subjects in the country,promoting the joint examination mechanism of multiple universities,changing the mode of examination and enrollment,which have a guiding role in deepening the institution-based tests of graduate entrance examination,so as to improve the quality of graduate entrance examination management.
