摘 要:采用冷烧并退火方法制备了(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)_(0.94)Ba_(0.06)TiO_(3)无铅陶瓷,探究了退火温度对陶瓷物相,显微组织,介电、铁电及压电性能的影响。结果表明:冷烧并退火所得陶瓷均呈纯钙钛矿结构,在180℃冷烧所得坯体的相对密度为71.8%。冷烧坯体经1000~1100℃退火所得陶瓷的相对密度为81.7%~97.1%,平均晶粒尺寸为600~800 nm,介电弥散因子为1.85~1.96。在1025、1050、1075和1100℃退火陶瓷的退极化温度分别为130、137、135和123℃;在1075℃退火陶瓷具有最大的饱和极化强度和剩余极化强度,分别为60.9μC/cm^(2)和51.8μC/cm^(2)。与常规固相法烧结的(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)_(0.94)Ba_(0.06)TiO_(3)陶瓷的击穿场强(<75 kV/cm)相比,冷烧并退火制备的陶瓷的击穿场强明显增大(>100 kV/cm)。随退火温度从1000℃增大至1100℃,陶瓷的压电常数d 33从52±7 pC/N增大至101±2 pC/N。研究表明,采用冷烧并退火法可在低于常规固相法的烧结温度成功制备具有良好电学性能的(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))_(0.94)Ba_(0.06)TiO_(3)陶瓷。(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)_(0.94)Ba_(0.06)TiO_(3)lead-free ceramics were prepared via the cold sintering followed by post-annealing method.Effects of annealing temperatures on phase,microstructure,piezoelectric,dielectric,and ferroelectric properties of the ceramics were studied in detail.All post-annealed ceramics exhibit pure perovskite structure.The relative density of the cold sintered pellet is 71.8%.The relative densities of the post-annealed ceramics are 81.7%~97.1%as the annealing temperatures are between 1000 and 1100℃.The average grain sizes of the post-annealed ceramics are 600~800 nm.All ceramics show dielectric diffuse factor of 1.85~1.96.The depolarization temperatures of the ceramics annealed at 1025,1050,1075 and 1100℃are 130,137,135 and 123℃,respectively.The ceramic annealed at 1075℃has maximum polarization and remnant polarization of 60.9μC/cm^(2)and 51.8μC/cm^(2),respectively.Compared to the breakdown strength(<75 kV/cm)of the(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)_(0.94)Ba_(0.06)TiO_(3)ceramics sintered via a conventional solid-state reaction method,the breakdown strength of the present ceramics are significantly improved(>100 kV/cm).The piezoelectric constant d 33 of the ceramics increases from 52±7 pC/N to 101±2 pC/N as the annealing temperatures increase from 1000℃to 1100℃.The study shows that cold sintering followed by post-annealing is successful in preparing(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)_(0.94)Ba_(0.06)TiO_(3)ceramics with excellent electrical properties.
