摘　　要：社会主要矛盾转化引起思想政治教育基本矛盾产生新变化,即变为人们多元化的思想品德需求与当前思想政治教育无法满足人们这一需求之间的矛盾,并衍生出主体与客体、内容与方法、理论与实践、预期目标与实际效果等具体矛盾的新变化。新时代思想政治教育要准确把握社会主要矛盾新变化,积极关切和回应人们多元化的精神需求,妥善化解思想政治教育的基本矛盾及其在现实中的具体呈现:“因时而变”,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想创新思想政治教育理论;“顺势而为”,通过提升客体获得感巧妙化解主客体之间的供需矛盾;“秉轴持钧”,通过解决好精神领域的不平衡不充分发展问题提升思想政治教育效果。The transformation of the primary social contradiction has brought forth new changes in the fundamental contradictions of ideological and political education.These changes manifest as the contradiction between the diverse ideological and moral needs of individuals and the inability of current ideological and political education to meet these needs.This transformation has given rise to new specific contradictions concerning subjects and objects,content and methods,theory and practice,expected goals and actual outcomes,and more.In the new era,ideological and political education must accurately comprehend the novel changes in the primary social contradiction,proactively address and respond to the diversified spiritual needs of individuals,and effectively resolve the fundamental contradictions within ideological and political education and their practical manifestations.This can be achieved by adapting to the changing times,innovating the theory of ideological and political education with Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era;seizing the opportunity to enhance the sense of accomplishment among the recipients to cleverly alleviate the supply-demand contradiction between subjects and objects;and maintaining balance and equilibrium by effectively addressing the issues of imbalanced and insufficient development in the spiritual realm,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
