新形势下农村道路交通安全新情况及对策初探

摘　　要：乡村是经济社会发展的重要基础,乡村治理是国家治理的重要基石,道路交通是乡村振兴的重要血脉。随着新型工业化、城镇化和乡村振兴战略的深入推进实施,农村道路交通的出行结构、出行模式等发生深刻改变,在促进乡村振兴的同时,给乡村治理也带来一些新的问题。对此,笔者结合多年交管工作实践,对化解当前农村交通安全新情况、新问题进行初探,并提出了针对性措施建议。Rural areas are an important foundation of economic and social development.rural governance is the cornerstone of national governance,and road traffic is the lifeblood of rural revitalization.With the deepening implementation of new industrialization,urbanization and rural revitalization strategies,the structure and modality of rural road traffic have undergone profound changes.While promoting rural revitalization,it brings some new problems to rural governance.In this regard,utilizing years of traffic management work practice experience,the author conducts a preliminary exploration about the new situations and problems of solving current rural traffic safety,and proposes targeted measures and suggestions.
