摘　　要：引进皮埃蒙特牛胚胎,利用南阳牛作受体进行胚胎移植。不仅所生胚胎牛更适应当地环境条件,而且还节约外汇,减少疾病传播,充分发挥种公牛的遗传潜力。南阳牛作受体母牛体重在430~450kg,很少发生难产。皮埃蒙特牛种公牛年均采精次数72.1次,每次平均射精量5.11mL,一年四季均衡生产。同时,皮埃蒙特牛冻精的推广应用为皮南牛新品种培育提供优异的遗传材料。The embryo of Piedmont cattle was introduced and Nanyang cattle was used as the recipient for embryo transfer.Not only do the born embryo cows better adapt to local environmental conditions,but also save foreign exchange,reduce the spread of disease,and give full play to the genetic potential of breeding bulls.The weight of Nanyang cow as recipients ranges from 430 to 450 kg,and dystocia rarely occurs.The average annual number of sperm collection of Piemonte bulls is 72.1 times,and the average ejaculation volume is 5.11 mL each time.The production is balanced throughout the year.At the same time,the promotion and application of Piedmont frozen semen provide excellent genetic materials for the cultivation of new breed of Pinan cattle.
