摘  要:通过试验证明采用带涤气池的微库伦仪可以基本消除高含硫原油及重油中的硫对氯质量分数测定的影响;考察了无机氯盐残留对氯质量分数分析的影响和消除方法;通过超声方式解决了原油中因油、水分层造成取样代表性差的问题。将该方法用于生产测试,有助于更准确地测试原油中的有机氯和无机氯的质量分数,帮助生产装置解决氯腐蚀问题。It is proved with experiments that the influence of sulfur in high sulfur crude oil and heavy oil on the determination of chlorine content can be basically eliminated by using a microcoulometer with a gas scrubbing cell.The effects of inorganic chlorine salt residues on chlorine content analysis and methods of elimination are studied.The problem of poor sampling representativeness caused by oil and water layers in crude oil is solved by ultrasonic method which is used in production testing to help test the content of organic chlorine and inorganic chlorine in crude oil more accurately,and help the production unit solve the chlorine corrosion problem.
