摘 要:碳八芳烃是工业生产中的重要原料,其中对二甲苯(PX)的市场需求量最高,被广泛用于生产聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等材料。目前PX的工业分离技术主要为高能耗的结晶法和吸附法,与之相比,新兴的膜分离技术具有能耗低、效率高等潜在特点,有望推动碳八芳烃异构体分离的工艺变革。文章主要介绍了近些年来国内外聚合物膜、MFI(Mobil-type five)型沸石分子筛膜、金属有机框架膜以及碳分子筛膜在碳八芳烃异构体分离中的研究进展,评述了膜材料的优势与不足之处,并展望了膜法碳八芳烃异构体分离的发展方向与应用前景。C_(8)aromatics are important chemical feedstocks,among which the para-xylene(PX)is widely used in the production of polyethylene terephthalate(PET).The state-of-the-art separation technologies of PX and its isomers are mainly crystallization and adsorption,which are energy-intensive process.In contrast,the membrane separation technology with low energy consumption and high efficiency is expected to promote the process renovation of the separation of C_(8)aromatic isomers.In this paper,the research progress and development of polymer membranes,MFI-type zeolite membranes,metal-organic framework membranes and carbon molecular sieve membranes for C_(8)aromatic isomers separation in recent years are summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of membrane materials are reviewed.Finally,the development direction and application prospect of the membrane-based separation of C_(8)aromatic isomers are prospected.
