摘 要:丹江口水利枢纽是汉江综合利用开发治理的关键性水利工程,是南水北调中线工程的水源水库,按照调度规程,丹江口水库汛末蓄满率低。为提高丹江口水库水资源利用效率,在充分分析汛末提前蓄水必要性的基础上,通过水文气象预报耦合,提出了汛末提前蓄水方案。结合2021年汛末提前蓄水实践,对提前蓄水的风险和效益进行了分析。结果表明:实施汛末提前蓄水至少能提高27%以上蓄满率。蓄水方案可操作性强,能够为丹江口水库实际调度提供可靠的技术支撑,以进一步发挥丹江口水利枢纽的综合效益。Danjiangkou Reservoir is a key water conservancy project for the comprehensive utilization and development of Hanjiang River.The reservoir is the water source reservoir for the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.According to the dispatching regulations,Danjiangkou Reservoir has a low storage rate at the end of the flood season.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of water resources in Danjiangkou Reservoir,based on the full analysis of the necessity and feasibility of early impoundment at the end of flood season,the research scheme of early impoundment is proposed through the coupling of hydrometeorological forecasting.Combined with the practice of early impoundment at the end of flood season in 2021,the risks and benefits of early impoundment were analyzed.The results showed that the implementation of water storage in advance at the end of flood can increase the storage rate by more than 27%at least.The water storage scheme was operable and can provide reliable technical support for the actual operation of Danjiangkou Reservoir,so as to give a further full play to the comprehensive benefits of Danjiangkou Reservoir.
