草木灰取代率对竹原纤维水工砂浆物理力学性能的影响

摘  要:草木灰具有一定的火山灰活性,作为水泥基建筑材料的掺和料有一定的工程意义和生态意义。利用室内试验研究了草木灰对竹原纤维砂浆性能的影响。试验结果表明:在竹原纤维砂浆中掺入一定量的草木灰可降低砂浆的吸水率与导热系数,提升后期抗压强度与抗折强度,增强了材料的物理力学特性;竹原纤维砂浆中利用草木灰取代一定量的水泥,可提升化学结合水量;最佳取代率应为水泥用量的10%。该材料具有一定的工程应用价值和环保作用。Plant ash has a certain pozzolanic activity,which has engineering and ecological significance by using it as an admixture of cement-based building materials.The effect of plant ash on the performance of bamboo fiber mortar was studied by indoor test.The test results showed that adding a certain amount of plant ash into bamboo fiber mortar could reduce the water absorption rate and thermal conductivity,improve its later compression and flexural strength to improve the physical and mechanical properties;the replacement of a certain amount of cement with plant ash in the bamboo fiber mortar could improve bound water content;the best replacement rate of the cement should be about 10%.The material is valuable for engineering application and environmental protection.
