摘　　要：目的了解上海市远郊地区2型糖尿病老年患者血糖控制目标的知晓情况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取上海市远郊某镇在管的2型糖尿病老年患者789人进行面对面问卷调查。结果在管2型糖尿病老年患者的空腹血糖控制目标知晓率为14.32%,非空腹血糖控制目标知晓率为8.24%。居住在农村地区、文化程度低是空腹血糖控制目标知晓率低的影响因素;居住在农村地区、文化程度低、糖尿病病程短是非空腹血糖控制知晓率低的影响因素。结论该社区在管2型糖尿病老年患者的血糖控制目标知晓率较低,建议加大糖尿病血糖控制等相关知识的科普宣传,利用家庭医生团队对糖尿病患者进行个性化的健康教育。Objective To investigate the awareness of blood glucose control goals of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in the suburban areas of Shanghai,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 789 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in a suburban town of Shanghai were selected by stratified random sampling method.A face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted.Results The awareness rate of fasting blood glucose control goal in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes was 14.32%,and the awareness rate of non fasting blood glucose control goal was 8.24%.Living in rural areas and low educational level were the influencing factors of low awareness of fasting blood glucose control goals;living in rural areas,low educational level,and short duration of diabetes were the influencing factors of low awareness of non fasting blood glucose control goals.Conclusion The awareness level of the goal blood sugar control for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in the community in the outer suburbs of Shanghai is low.It is suggested to increase the science popularization of diabetes blood sugar control and other related knowledge,use the family doctor team to carry out personalized health education for diabetes patients.
